Welcome to MBCA and congratulations on this exciting new chapter for your child and your family. As you transition from the admissions process to the enrollment process, we hope this page will be a helpful resource. Please let us know if something is missing!

  • MBCA Textbook Orders

To place orders for MBCA textbooks (both digital and hard copy), please click here.
  • School Supply Orders

**There are no supply lists for Upper School. Students receive syllabi with course requirements at Registration Day.
  • School Uniforms

We have many uniform options to accommodate different styles. MBCA works with Flynn O'Hara and Lands End to ensure the correct colors are used in our logo and appropriate styles are worn at school.

Please note that MBCA also offers used uniforms through an annual sale and via their MBCA Used Uniform Connection on Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/groups/mbcauniform/

*When ordering uniforms, please be sure you are only ordering the approved items for MBCA on the vendor website. It is important to be specific of your child’s gender and grade when ordering, as requirements can change between years at MBCA.

As a thank you to you, we will gift you $500 for every student that enrolls as a result of your referral. You do not need to be a current Academy family to enjoy this benefit; it is open to all! Please use this form to send us your referrals.

We are excited to share our mission and vision with them and welcome them to experience the MBCA community firsthand.

Your child’s SchoolDoc Health Profile must be completed by August 1. This information and an up-to-date immunization record are required for your child to begin the new school year. If you have multiple children attending MBCA in the fall, please make sure that all of your children are listed as students on your SchoolDoc page so that you can complete their health profiles. If any of your children's profiles are not visible, please contact the Clinic for further instructions.

Upper School parents, please note the GaDPH has a new, mandated meningitis vaccine (MCV4) for students aged 16 years or older. Please contact your pediatrician to schedule a check-up this summer to make sure that your child's immunization records are complete prior to the start of the new school year.

If you have any questions, please contact the Clinic at nurse@mtbethelchristian.org
