Physical Education

Physical Education is a multi-faceted program that integrates kinesthetic learning with listening, following directions, and critical thinking skills to develop the whole child.
Physical education is taught at all grade levels and incorporates life skills and health education with physical fitness to develop healthy and active lifestyle skills.

The lower school physical education program focuses on achieving competency in motor skills and movement patterns needed to perform a variety of physical activities. By achieving health-enhancing levels of physical activity, students realize the benefits of physical fitness.
