Professional Experience: Tim's career in the pest management industry began in 1993 with The Dow Chemical Company. Tim progressed through many marketing, sales and leadership roles over the following 16 years culminating as the Director of Sales for Canada. Tim joined Arrow Exterminators in Atlanta, Georgia in 2009 as the Sr. Vice President of Sales and was quickly promoted to COO in 2012. Pollard was promoted to President and COO in May 2020. Tim currently serves as the treasurer on the board of trustees for the Pest Management Foundation, a 501(c)3 organization committed to research, education and outreach for the pest management industry. Tim also serves as the Immediate Past Chairman of the Workforce Development Committee for the National Pest Management association.

Hometown: Springville, Alabama

Connection to MBCA: Our daughter, Ashland, graduated from Mt. Bethel in 2019.

Favorite Sports Team: Auburn Tigers

Hobbies: Being outside and exploring nature in an ATV or Jeep, exercising, playing golf, watching college football, coaching basketball, and spending time at the lake.

US 101 - Rescheduled Sep 5th

We have an important update regarding our upcoming US 101 – Upper School & Beyond event. Originally planned for this Friday, the day before the long weekend, we’ve received feedback that many of you may be traveling and unable to attend.

In an effort to respect your time and give all of our families the opportunity to participate, we are rescheduling US 101 to take place as part of our Upper School Open House on Friday, September 5. Rather than holding two separate events on different dates, we have decided that integrating Upper School 101 with our Open House will allow us to be mindful of your time while still providing the most comprehensive picture of the Upper School journey. This will allow you to hear directly from our high school students and recent graduates, ask questions, and gain valuable insight into the Upper School experience and beyond.

We will be sending additional details soon regarding the Open House schedule and how US 101 will be included in the itinerary. For now, we encourage you to mark 8:30 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. on Friday, September 5 on your calendar. If you already plan to attend, you can RSVP at this link, and additional details will follow in another email. We look forward to seeing you there!
