A: Doctorate of Educational Leadership; Specialist - Educational Leadership; Masters - School Counseling and Guidance; B.S. - Middle Grades Education

What year did you join MBCA?
A: 2024

What do you love about MBCA?
A: I am excited to serve students, families, and teachers as we partner to provide an excellent, Christ-centered learning experience that allows students to grow academically, socially, emotionally, and spiritually.

What is your all-time favorite sports team?
A: Atlanta Braves

What is your favorite Bible verse, and why?
A: "Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged, for the Lord your God will be with you wherever you go." Joshua 1:9
This is our family verse.

What are three fun facts about yourself?
A: I love to travel; this past summer, my daughter and I drove over 6,700 miles across the country.
My favorite place to hang out is our screened porch. I can spend hours working, reading, watching TV, and sleeping there.
I have been blessed to serve in schools for 25 years, and it has never felt like "work".

A: 100 Days to Brave by Annie Downs
